Residential developments
Electrical installation across multiple homes and staged construction. We work with the site team to keep the electrical scope aligned with the build sequence, differing home layouts and activity across the development.
Our experience includes Five Mile Villas, a 226-home development, and current electrical works across the full 63-home development at 633 Frankton Road and the 100-home Crest Chalets development. These packages are delivered as an Aquaheat subcontractor.
Commercial refurbishments
Electrical work within existing commercial spaces, with attention to lighting layouts, power requirements and the surrounding fit-out. Close coordination helps bring the electrical installation together with ceilings, joinery and finishes.
At Rydges / QT, our Aquaheat subcontract package covered reception, porte cochère, lift lobby and the Coronet, Clancy’s, Wakatipu and Queenstown conference rooms.
At Hilton Lakeside Residences, our work for Aquaheat was a partial second-fix package covering bathroom fittings, kitchen LED strips, and bedhead power and lighting.
New-build homes
Full electrical installation and certification for new-build homes. We discuss the scope and timing with the builder, coordinate the installation with other work on site and check the finished work.
Completed work includes homes for Decho Homes in Scott Point, Hobsonville and other Auckland locations, and new-build homes for Jennian Homes. We welcome project enquiries across Queenstown Lakes and Cromwell.
